IMPORTANT: All Food Truck Vendors must complete and file the following permits directly with the City of Krum:
Once permits are completed, confirmation must be forwarded to krumbandboosters@gmail.com before final confirmation will be sent by event coordinator.
Rules & Policies
This event is sponsored by the Krum Bobcat Band Boosters. Please read carefully. Violation of rules may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future fairs.
- Anyone NOT in their space and set up by 9:45 a.m. on the day of the event will forfeit their space(s) and will not be refunded.
- All food trucks are required to remain onsite until 4:00 p.m. on the day of the event. Packing and/or leaving early is unfair to the other consumers and creates a safety hazard for our patrons.
- You are not allowed to resell your spot if you are unable to attend.
- If you are unable to attend and need to cancel, please notify the craft fair coordinator.
- Volunteers will be on site before and during the event to guide patrons, assist vendors, and assist in the logistics of the day.
- Do not block handicap parking or walkways as this is a safety hazard.
- Krum High School is a smoke, alcohol, and weapons-free environment.
- No refunds or make-up days for inclement weather.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Be considerate of neighboring vendors.
- Vendors are responsible for their own change and internet access. While there is internet access at the school, we do not guarantee it to work everywhere.
- Each vendor must apply for a temporary Food Service Permit with the City of Krum. Each vendor will submit it’s license to the show coordinator no later than March 13, 2026.
Confirmation
Space confirmation will be emailed once application and payment are processed. Booth assignments will be sent two weeks prior to the event.
