Rules & Policies
This event is sponsored by the Krum Bobcat Band Boosters. Please read carefully. Violation of rules may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future fairs.
- Doors will open at 8:00am; Vendors must be set up by 9:45 a.m.; late arrivals forfeit space without refund.
- Tables and chairs will not be provided. Vendors must provide their own.
- Booths with electricity are limited; vendors must bring their own extension cords.
- Food Truck Vendors must complete the separate application and permits as required by the City of Krum.
- Only one consultant per direct sales company will be allowed.
- Vendors must remain until 4:00 p.m.; early departure is prohibited.
- Vendors may not resell their booth. Notify the coordinator if you must cancel.
- Move vehicles to designated vendor parking after unloading.
- Each vendor must donate at least one item for the door prize raffle (include business card/advertisement).
- Krum High School is a smoke, alcohol, and weapons-free environment.
- No refunds or make-up days for inclement weather.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Be considerate of neighboring vendors; do not block aisles or doorways.
- Vendors are responsible for their own change and internet access. While there is internet access at the School, we do not guarantee it to work everywhere.
Confirmation
Space confirmation will be emailed once application and payment are processed. Booth assignments will be sent two weeks prior to the event.
